Standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions - FAR
If you are a supplier of parts which will be used in a government contract
it will be noted on your purchase order that you must be compliant with
the appropriate FAR clauses. Those clauses should have been supplied to
you and filed for future reference. If you do not have the clauses, please
contact the Etnyre Purchasing Department at 800-995-2116.
