STANDARD EQUIPMENT
A. TRAILER MOUNTED UNIT
- Trailer consists of structural channel frame, adjustable 2 1/2" pintle eye, tandem axles on spring suspension, four
LT235/85 R16 (E) tires on disc wheels, crank type jack, electric brakes with breakaway feature and safety chains with
hooks, steel fenders, 7 pin electrical connector.
B. TANK
- Tank construction is a steel shell and full section surge plates, 2" fiberglass insulation covered with
aluminum jacketing.
- MANHOLE: Meets HM-198A/HM 183 DOT hot asphalt requirements. 20" diameter manhole with spill collar and
rollover protection.
- Tank thermometer 50° - 400° F. pencil type.
- Dipstick, indicates flue coverage.
C. CIRCULATING SYSTEM
- Circulating system includes manual suction valve, removable strainer in pump suction line, and a 20 gallon
flushing oil tank with line to asphalt pump. System includes all valves for loading, circulating in the
tank, handspraying and unloading, and suck back system for entire circulating system including spray bar
when so equipped.
D. HEATING SYSTEM
- Heating flue(s) equipped with LPG burner(s). Includes a bottle rack for two 100# bottles.
E. POWER UNIT
- Power unit is a Briggs and Stratton 18 H.P. air cooled gas engine with electric starter, alternator,
battery and 10 gallon fuel tank. Includes hydraulic pump, motor and valves for asphalt pump drive.
Standard engine will deliver 80 GPM, optional engine required to achieve 200 gallon per minute.
F. SPRAY BAR
- 8' Full circulating spray bar. Fixed height, non shifting, non folding, electric-hydraulic gang on/off with
manual flip valve nozzle every 4". Includes spray bar on/off switch in control panel on a 20' electrical
cord to reach the chassis cab for trailers, mounted in cab fro truck mounts.
G. ASPHALT PUMP
- Asphalt pump is 200 GPM, hydraulic motor driven. Asphalt pumping system has a built-in relief valve for safety.
- Electric analog G.P.M. asphalt pump tachometer.
G. MISCELLANEOUS
- Miscellaneous items include 25' rubber hand spray hose and gun, flanged aluminium fenders, tool box. Measuring stick,
aluminum in 50 gallon increments. Quick couplers on load and transfer lines. FMVSS-108 lights and wiring and steel
parts painted black.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
A. TANK
- Tank gauge float type with indicator in 50 gallon increments.
- Sampling valve/gravity draw-off 3/4".
- Thermometer 2" dial type in addition to standard pencil type.
- Manhole strainer, 20".
B. HEATING SYSTEM
- One Fuel oil burner, electric driven fuel pump and blower, auto ignition, 500,000 BTUs in lieu of LPG (Includes 8" flues).
- Two Fuel oil burners, electric driven fuel pump and blower, auto ignition, 500,000 BTUs in lieu of LPG (Includes 8" flues) (Available on 1500 gallon tank only).
- 52 gallon frame mounted LPG tank in lieu of bottle racks (Available on truck mounted - skid units only).
C. POWER UNIT
- Wisconsin model VH-4D four cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine, electric starter, alternator and battery, 30 H.P. (in lieu of standard engine).
- Hatz 2G40 two cylinder air-cooled diesel engine, electric starter, alternator and battery, 22 H.P. (in lieu of standard engine).
- Radar ground speed indicator with readout in cab control panel.
D. SPRAY BAR
- 10' Full circulating spray bar consisting of 8' center section with (2) 1' folding non removable sections with breakaway feature. Height adjustable non shifting with manual wing fold. Electric-hydraulic gang on/off with manual flip valve nozzle control every 4".Includes spray bar on/off switch in control panel on a 20' electrical cord to reach the chassis cab for trailer units, mounted in cab for truck mounts.
- 10' full circulating spray bar consisting of 8' center section with (2) 1' folding non removable sections with breakaway feature. Hydraulic power lift and shift with manual wing fold. Electric-hydraulic gang on/off with manual flip valve nozzle control every 4". Includes spray bar on/off and lift/shift switches in control panel on a 20’ electrical cord to reach the chassis cabfor trailer units and mounted in cab for truck mounts.
- Spray bar extensions (each 1') (maximum 16').
- Spray bar delete - no spray bar provided.
E. MISCELLANEOUS
- Tool box steel (6" x 10" x 30") with hasp for padlock.
- Measuring stick, aluminum 50 gallon increments.
- Loading hose, 12' x 3" flexible steel including male fitting each end.
- 3" Cam lock fittings.
- Export processing.
- Back up alarm (truck mounted units only).
- Ladder to manhole.
