STANDARD EQUIPMENT

A. TANK

• 10. ga. steel tank (non-skirted) with full section 10 ga. surge plates, 20" manhole with quick release cover, 4" overflow, 2 1/2" filling intake with strainer and anti-siphon dome, full level indicator light, 5" sump with 3" non- corroding drain plug.

B. PUMPING SYSTEM

• 750 G.P.M. centrifugal water pump, crankshaft driven hydrostatic pump drive system, three high-velocity brass spray nozzles, automatic water system control, indicator light, pressure gauges, and controls in cab.

C. MISCELLANEOUS

• Miscellaneous items include: Low water level indicator light, 2 1/2" x 16' fill hose, FMVSS-108 lights and wiring, full width rear channel bumper, full width rear fenders, drain cocks for complete drainage, inside paint--one coat rust resistant, outside paint--primer and 2 coats white.

A. WATER PUMP DRIVE

1. ENGINE DRIVEN WATER PUMP: John Deere 4045D 80 HP diesel engine.
2. HYDROSTATIC PUMP DRIVE off truck transmission.

B. SKIRTING

1. STREAMLINE SKIRTING: Continuous sheet metal enclosure provided on sides and at rear covering most working components. Access doors provided on left side, and/or right side when required for access to chassis components.

C. SPRAYING OPTIONS

1. FIRE FIGHTING VALVE: 2 1/2" Underwriters approved valve with N.S.T. threads. Connected to pump discharge header.
2. FOURTH FLUSHING NOZZLE: Additional flushing nozzle with required valve and control. Fourth nozzle to be mounted on right front of unit.
3. SPRINKLER ATTACHMENT: One flushing type nozzle with valve at rear, adjustable horizontally and vertically to sprinkle up to 50' width. Includes on/off control switch in cab.
4. SELF-FILLING ATTACHMENT: Includes means to prime pump with water reserved in tank, two 10' lengths of 3" suction hose, strainer and foot valve.
5. 10" DUMP VALVE: Located on bottom of tank near rear. Remotely controlled from cab.
6. SPRAY BAR: 8' spray bar with 1/8" nozzles, mounted at rear. Includes on/off controls in cab.
7. HOSE REEL, MANUAL: Hose reel mounted at rear with manual rewind. Includes 1 1/2" x 100' hose and adjustable spray nozzle.
8. HOSE REEL, MANUAL: Hose reel mounted at rear with manual rewind. Includes 1" x 150' hose and adjustable spray nozzle.
9. HOSE REEL, ELECTRIC DRIVE: With 1 1/2" x 100' hose and electric motor driven reel rewind.
10. HOSE REEL, ELECTRIC DRIVE: With 1" x 150' hose and electric motor driven reel rewind.

E. MISCELLANEOUS

1. WARNING LAMP: A single 360 degree rotating amber lamp with Two sealed beam lights. Mounted on top of tank at rear.
2. PAINT, CHASSIS CAB: To customer specifications (Paint specifications must accompany order).
3. LETTERING: Two lines of 6" and 4" lettering on each side of unit, customer specification.
4. INTERIOR PAINT: Epoxy.
5. EXTERIOR PAINT: Special: (Paint specifications must accompany order).
6. SKID MOUNTING: For domestic delivery.
7. EXPORT PROCESSING: Skid mounted.
8. EXPORT PROCESSING: Truck mounted.
