EXPORT SALES MANAGER
Individual will be responsible for Company marketing and sales in foreign markets. Will formulate policies governing direct and indirect export sales, including product configuration, promotion, pricing, packaging, transportation, securing payment, start-up and customer service. Will make visits, as appropriate, to export markets to promote the Company’s products, review operation of agents/distributors and to gather information on market requirements. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with additional emphasis on foreign studies or the equivalent in practical experience and specialized training is required. Five years of experience in sales/marketing including two years of experience in export sales is desired. Individual must have a thorough knowledge of export procedures, engineering principles, and manufacturing methods of heavy equipment assembly. Good communication skills are required and bilingual skills are desired. Ability and willingness to travel internationally is required.
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Individual will be responsible for various generalist duties such as hourly employment activities, retirement plan administration, wage administration, compensation/benefits surveys, annual compensation statements, coordination of company activities, etc. The position interfaces with all departments of the Company as well as external third party administrators, retirement plan record keepers, and auditors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with emphasis in Human Resources and 3+ years of H.R. experience in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of PC applications such as EXCEL and/or ACCESS is required.
LEADER
Individual will lead, direct, and train others in the performance of their duties. Will directly supervise and monitor workers, while at the same time, splitting own time between leading and working. Will be responsible for the workers within assigned area meeting the requirements for schedule, efficiency, and quality. Will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. In addition, will need to maintain a working knowledge of current Company rules, policies, procedures and systems. Competencies will include knowledge of assigned work center/area functions as well as a thorough knowledge of the department processes. Must possess required technical skills, demonstrated leadership abilities (or the potential for leadership), interpersonal skills and motivational skills.
